Definitions

Information we collect

We or our service providers may collect Personal Data when you use our website or services. Categories include:

Identifiers — real names, postal addresses, online identifiers, IP addresses, email addresses, account numbers, passport numbers, and other government identification numbers required for your visa application.

Other information you provide — date of birth, place of birth, physical characteristics, telephone number, education, employment, travel history, and additional information you submit in your DS-160, ESTA, or other application answers.

Characteristics protected under some laws — age, national origin, citizenship, marital status, sex, and military status, where required by the application form.

Internet information — browsing/search history on our site, device information, interaction with our pages, browser settings, OS, referring/exit pages, and clickstream.

Geolocation information — approximate location derived from your IP address.

Uploaded documents and photos — passport scans, visa photos, and supporting documents you upload to complete your application.

Information collected via technology

We may automatically collect information about your use of our website, such as the referring URL, browser type, device, time and date of access, and other information that may not personally identify you.

Cookies & preferences

We track information using cookies, small text files, or similar technologies. Cookies enable us to remember your preferences and understand usage. You may refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit functionality.

How we use and share your information

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted private storage for uploaded documents, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Your rights

You may prevent us from sending marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. We may continue to send administrative emails (e.g., order updates or policy notices).

Information for EU customers

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18. Parents or legal guardians may submit visa applications for their minor children. If we learn we have gathered Personal Data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded passport scans and photos are deleted on request once your application is complete.

California users

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your Personal Data. California residents may request deletion and opt out of any future "sale" of Personal Data. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

International users

If you visit our website from outside the United States, information you provide may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you are located, including the United States.
