Important Disclosures

Please read these disclosures carefully before booking any consulting service with Expert Visa.

Private consulting service

Expert Visa is a private consulting company. Our fees pay for advisory services: readiness reviews, document organization guidance, answer consistency reviews, and interview preparation.

Not affiliated with any government agency

We are not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or any other government agency.

Not a law firm

Expert Visa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in our consulting materials, communications, or website constitutes legal advice or an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

We do not issue visas

Only U.S. government officials can issue visas or travel authorizations. Expert Visa does not submit applications to any government agency, does not schedule embassy or consular appointments on your behalf, and does not influence government decisions.

No guarantee of approval

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including visa approval, faster processing, or reduced likelihood of refusal. Final decisions rest solely with U.S. government officials.

You can apply directly through official websites

You are not required to use our consulting service to apply for a U.S. visa or travel authorization. You may apply directly, free of any Expert Visa fee, through the official U.S. government websites, including travel.state.gov, ceac.state.gov, esta.cbp.dhs.gov, and usembassy.gov.

What our fees cover

Fees paid to Expert Visa are for private consulting and preparation support only. They do not include, and are separate from, any government filing fees, machine-readable visa fees, reciprocity fees, or other fees payable to U.S. or foreign government agencies.
