Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Expert Visa Service LLC consulting fees may be refunded. Expert Visa is a private consulting service and does not submit applications to any government agency. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Consulting fee only
The Expert Visa fee covers private consulting and preparation support: readiness reviews, document organization guidance, answer consistency reviews, and interview preparation. It does not include, and is separate from, any government, MRV, biometrics, appointment, or filing fee, which is set and collected directly by the relevant U.S. government authority when you file on the official government website.
Government fees are paid by you directly to the government and are outside the scope of this refund policy.
Eligibility for a consulting-fee refund
You may request a full refund of the Expert Visa consulting fee if your readiness review has not yet begun.
Once a consultant has begun reviewing your answers or preparing your personalized checklist, the consulting fee becomes non-refundable, as our work has been performed.
We do not refund the consulting fee based on the outcome of any government decision. Approval, denial, administrative processing, or appointment scheduling are decided solely by the U.S. government and are entirely outside our control. Expert Visa does not submit applications on your behalf.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@expertvisa.us with your order reference number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of your request. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@expertvisa.us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of service and forfeiture of any pending refund.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable: any government fees you pay directly to a government agency; consulting fees once a readiness review has begun; and any add-on consulting services that have already been delivered.
